[Feature] Support using Microsoft Word .docx files with LocalDocs #2623

There are plenty of open-source tools that can extract the text from a Microsoft Word document—LibreOffice, Calibre, and Pandoc, to name a few. Many people do not save their documents as plain text, or export them to PDF, so .docx support would greatly improve the accessibility of LocalDocs.

Support of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint Files would be a great feature

Please support Microsoft Office .docx .xlsx .pptx files, for enterprises to be interrested in this product also for desktop but also the server version. The OneDrive support is already a good start, but must include much more useful formats compared to the current ones for gpt4all to be really interresting. Thank you! :-)
