[v3.1.0] Linux : can't resume chats created with previous version #2748

Bug Report

Only the chats created "Today" do have the [Reload - LLM name] button.

All the chats sessions created "this week" or "last month" or "last six month" can't be resumed, because the [Reload - LLM name] does not appear.

Instead, this is the "New chat" default "NOMIC" background with the [Load - default llm name (default)] that appears in the background of the chat text. (and it has no effect when clicked)

See below, the chat of the other day when I tried the LocalDocs feature, it can't be resumed. None of the past chat can be resumed.

Also, if i use the Choose a model ... drop down list at the top instead of the missing [Reload - LLM name] button, it just literally erases the chat session.

The chat you see on the screen capture, it's just gone now.

well, it seems that only chat session started with previous version of the chat-app can't be resumed :-/
