categorized the endpoints, and added a description on the api title #131

Hi achosam,

thanks for your contribution. I've reviewed the change and it looks good and I have merged it.

My initial idea though, was to have this json file autogenerated (which I just realized isn't a JSON file, I will fix this with a new commit). I've already change the code in the Makefile to generate the description. I will also look for a way to automatically generate the tags.
