Capitalize order's Kit Code #12

When placing an order, we need to send the Kit Code in capital letters, regardless of how Voyager sends it. Otherwise, it will fail to place the order as Wisdom Panel rejects orders whose Kit code doesn't start with capital letters.

Also, ensure all create order errors are relayed back to the API.
