Tested on both P99 Blue and Green.

Don't know if it's ever referred to as "Liberated Citadel of Runnyeye" in the Blue/Green timeline, so I just left that line in.

I already have this updated in the dev branch, but I have had no time to work on nParse at all.

Sorry, don't really know how to use git properly. Because of the recent ZEM changes, Runneye is now much more popular, so I poked around in the nparse directory until I figured out a fix. Thanks for making nparse.
