Spell window not showing (filters are good and I see it in alt tab with spell timer) #43

Odd problem. I hadn't played in a while so I downloaded P99's latest update and started the game. My map works great but I can't see my spell window. When I alt tab I can see it there and I can see the buff timer. But when I switch to it nothing comes up.

Likely it is off-screen. Either you once had a different monitor layout, or something strange happened, but you can try a couple of things: 1) Alt tab to it (you still won't see it) but then immediately try holding the start/win key and left or right arrows -- see if it appears. 2) If you feel comfortable editing JSON, edit the nparse.config.json file, and remove the "geometry" section under "spells". 3) If you don't feel comfortable editing JSON, delete your nparse.config.json file and it will regenerate a new config, with the windows in their default locations. You will have to re-configure everything else about nParse though, including setting your log location.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to move it with the windows key either. But deleting the spell geometry fields in the config and restarting it did the trick. I can see it now. Thanks for the trouble shooting! I appreciate it.

I'm using the same monitor setup as before, but this is my laptop for school work so it does get connected and disconnected to an external monitor regularly.

I had the same issue with the spell window. It was showing when I would ALT+TAB as an option, but the window was gone. Not sure if it was of 0 in size. Because I tried all the ways to bring a window to the current window via hotkeys and it did not work. A reset window layout button would be cool to help with this.
