Spell Window moving on hover #68

Would it be possible to make it so the spell window doesn't move. It is an annoyance when trying to click off the buffs from that window. Only issue I've had with this so far. Great tool and thank you.

I have also noticed this, and have also found it mildly agitating. I will see if there's an easy fix. It just has to do with the way the top bar is shown. Likely I'd have to add a spacer to the top which might be annoying since it would use previous screen real estate at all times instead of just when interacting with the window...
