Corrected install command in installation.md #222

The installation refers to a tag that doesn't exist (0.4.2), the tag should be v0.4.2

@hellowodl there seems to be a recent foundry breaking change that broke some things, we'll fix this tomorrow morning, after that we'll merge this. Thanks again!

Hey @hellowodl ! Thank for contributing! Could you just remove the tag? I think that would be better since forge should install always the latest release
