Check through compilation and basic functionality of agent_qt on Linux, using the Nomovok-changes in branch nomovok-fixes.

Tested on an up-to-date Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, from nomovok_fixes branch. Compilation goes ok, and able to run qttas_ui. Also ran two versions of visualizer (one with -testability flag), and one was able to remote control the other.

Good enough for me for a smoke-test. Marking this as done and leaving Paimen a comment to merge the changes when he's done with Windows testing.
