Smoke-test agent_qt with Nomovok-changes on Windows #3

Check through compilation and basic functionality of agent_qt on Windows, using the Nomovok-changes in branch nomovok-fixes.

Linux testing done, agent_qt seems to work ok.

Paimen: Merge the nomovok_fixes branch to master once Windows testing is done.

Tested this through after the renaming changes with Ubuntu 15.04 / Qt 5.4 / Ruby 2.1.6 (and recent gcc, for that matter), seems to work fine.
