Consider Travis CI integration for cuTeDriver #6

Not part of the Milestone for Initial Release, but rather something to be considered afterwards.

We should look into taking into use Travis CI: https://travis-ci.org/

This would allow automatic builds and testing of cuTeDriver, helping catch regressions and check possible PRs through.

travis yml file added to project: https://github.com/nomovok-opensource/cutedriver-agent_qt/pull/23

Now we need to setup travis build for project.

Setup should be rather straight forward, login to Travis and appveyor with account associated with nomivok-opensource and enable the repos.
