API document generation seems to be broken #10

It looks like document generation is not currently working or knowledge how to generate API documentation is lost. API is documented with rdoc, so we need to check how to generate the current api documentation and also check if the documentation generated this way is still up to date.

One of the ex-maintainers mentioned that the docs where not "plain" rdoc but also required some extra plugins to work.. Does anyone happen to have any old Debian files laying around if there would be any hints in those on how the docs where generated for harmattan and what the dependencies where ?
