Will there be a new version release for this? It doesn't personally affect my local version, because I manually update the eglot-jl julia environment to update dependency packages. Should that kind of methodology be included in the readme? I can try to make a commit for it.

Just pushed a tag. I forget that not everybody just installs from source or the latest rolling release from melpa. Would love to have documentation on locally updating the language server. Please do. :)
