It is very inconvenient to move page added at the end for example 20 positions 
left. Besides the "Move left" and "Move right" command in page tab popup menu 
it would be very nice to have the "Move after" command, where you can select 
the exact page after which you want to move the specific page (it should 
display the drop-down menu with pages, like the "Goto" command).
