RFE: Alt-resize: Resize from geometric center #653

When resizing an object, if the Alt key is depressed the object should be 
resized as anchored from its geometric center, not from its opposite side as in 
non-Alt behaviour. Graphics designers transitioning from industry-leading 
proprietary products seem to expect this behaviour. Thank you.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pencil 2.0.5 on Kubuntu Linux
