Pencil doesn't support Right to Left languages! #660

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a table.
2. Try to change it's direction to include right to left content
3. This is not possible!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The same as in many rich text Editors, there's a Direction tool that changes 
the orientation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
