Improved Phase 0-3

Alright so like when the wither storm gets created, can you do like when in it is charging, its eyes should be closed and also the heads should look downwards and after it is finished charging, the head should look up and open its eyes. It would make it so that it feels a bit more alive at Phase 0. And also the shooting of the wither storm phase 0-3 should be like a normal wither shooting skulls instead of shooting literally everywhere without its heads looking at that direction
