[Suggestion]: Ultra-Hard config preset

Description of feature request

Under world options, there could be a special built in preset for the storm that makes the storm incredibly difficult (i.e higher explosive skull use, fast tractor beams, bigger skull radius, higher pickup chance, etc.) The description would probably say "Use only if you hate yourself" since it makes the storm near impossible to stay 5 minutes in range.

Oh. Well in that case i think this suggestion would be good, not just for challenge but of how the intense the wither storm was in story mode aswell.
