[Bug]: Large TPS usage on phases 6+

Describe the bug

When the Wither Storm is at Phases 6+, an abnormally large amount of TPS will be used for ticking. https://spark.lucko.me/4W21uUZ8cx

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon Wither Storm
2. Set its phase to 6 or 7
3. See TPS spike

it doesn't help at all... weirdly when playing a modpack with 100+ mods witherstorm lags a lot (tps only lag) and chunks don't load or load very slow, its unplayable in 8 stage if wither storm is further away and is chasing player, I have many optimization mods, they don't help, storm is ticking like crazy every 3 sec big spike at tps by looking at alt + f3 when ooking at spark profile it shows wither storm is ticking like 9000ms but if using only wither storm mod with no other mods its fine no tps or chunk lag at all EDIT - Nevermind your mods fault... its still doing that with only your mod enabled not other mods problem, its better but still spikes show up sometimes and lag the game tps...
