Description of feature request

This is a quick question rather than a suggestion, is there a option in the configs to disable rumbles making so blocks fall from cave's ceilings but keep the screen shaking? If there isn't then i can suggest you to add it? Or even add a lite version of rumbles which only works with pointy dripstone.

Its just that rumbles make a big mess with mods like alex caves and some other dungeon mods which don't like very much. But i do love the screen shake and sound effects.

there is an option to disable rumbles messing with redstone but not one to prevent blocks from falling or the other effects of it, if that might solve some of the dungeon problems
