Whenever the wither storm is destroying structures, mobs inside tractor beams aren't affected.

Spawn Wither Storm Find a structure and lead the wither storm to it Let it destroy the structure Spawn mobs in a tractor beam See error

I have a decent amount of mods but i don't believe any are the culprit

oh it was intended? its good that your tweaking it, as its strange having entire structures getting ripped and having mobs just be fine.

There is a distance limit...

There is a distance limit...

The WS was very close to the ground at the time of this screenshot, so im pretty sure the mobs were in it.
