[Suggestion]: Tnt damages the wither storm's consumedEntity count

Description of feature request

When the wither storm is hit by TNT or other explosives, it's consumed entity count should be knocked down a bit and clusters of tainted flesh should drop from the body

Actually a pretty good idea, but how would you be able to even hit it with TNT? It's fuse timer is only four seconds, and even if you use something like super TNT, the WS doesn't even pick it up.

The tractor beams extend the fuse timer for TNT when grabbing, and fireworks can be shot through crossbows. Oh and also TNT cannons are a thing
