[Suggestion]: Better Withered Nether Star Obtain

Description of feature request

There should be a option in the configs that will determine who will obtain the Withered Nether Star in the multiplayer. Like the Nearest Player, Player who damaged the Command Block the most, Player who did the last hit on the Command Block, Player who Summoned the Wither Storm at the first place, etc.

I like this idea. I feel like if the person who did these conditions doesn't exist in game at the time of its death, it should default to the nearest player. Or the person who broke the command block

or it could drop at the position of the storms death if no player meets the selected conditions. probably with a bright glow at its position so you could make your way to it.

Imagine spawning the WS on a server and leaving your friends to deal with it, and randomly getting the withered nether star in your fishing hut 50k blocks away

Well by default the star will give it to a player in a certain radius, so you wouldn't get it lol
