Description of feature request

Basically when this option is enabled the tractorable blocks in a structure are instantly grabbed when a tractor beam hovers over it (kinda like constant blackhole, but for tractor beams' structure targeting)

i really like this idea, would make the storm destroying builds so much cooler

This is a completely different idea. The previous one only grabs things like grass, flowers, etc instantly, but this one is a toggleable option to make it instantly grab all tractorable blocks when the beams hover over them
