Describe the bug

If you explode the WS into the void (Like in the End's radius between the main and other islands), the monster will just fall forever and eventually despawn. This completely softlocks any kind of progress for the mod for a non-cheated world or a server unless the admin spawns another WS.

The Wither Storm should automatically rise again upon taking void damage

Steps to Reproduce

Spawn the Wither storm through a Withered beacon in the End or a modded skyland dimension
Explode him with a Formidibomb so he falls into the void
Screw your opportunities to fight the wither storm again

Well this is kinda just self-explanatory. Of course it will keep falling. It has no way to get up. Now, once it revives, it will shoot back up. But this isn't a bug

If you turn the revival timer down to three minutes (or just wait the default hour) it will automatically come back up
