Description of feature request

If the default state is used, strange visual effect can occur when the model is modified,also if they can be modified, it will be more compatible with the ability/behavior of the packet author to add/change. Like: Flying Height, Rotation Speed, Flying Speed

They probably won't do this since the behavior is very similar to that or a vanilla wither. Interesting idea though
