[Suggestion]: Option to turn off specific sickened mobs

Description of feature request

I usually play minecraft with phantoms off, I don't like them(the sound, texture, and how they are just circling around you) but when I go inside the WS there are 2 or 3 phantoms, I feel there should be a server config to turn off specific mobs, say you hate cows, turn those off, don't like the village guardian murdering you, turn it off. But mostly for phantoms, similarly to the doinsomnia gamerule, you could also make it so if do insomnia is false, don't spawn sickened phantoms.

Turning off any mob doesn't really make sense. But the insomnia false thing would definitely fit the mod imo

I just really Really REALLY hate phantoms, would much rather have mob D, wildfire spawn them with beacon

Wouldn't In Control! combined with the datapack tag to make mobs immune to wither sickness solve this issue? (But otherwise yes on obeying existing gamerules)
