[Suggestion]: Added additional visual effects to Wither Sickness #2258

Guidelines

Description of feature request

Add a visual effect on low health caused by Wither Sickness (similar to the screen ghosting when you detonate an f bomb), which will remind you that you must treat Wither Sickness as soon as possible, and also increase the tension of the game. Of course, this will be a configurable option that can be turned on/off manually.

cool idea. For the Sickness overlay displaying at half-health, it could be the tractor beam overlay but with a different hue.

i was thinking something more along the lines of a shader rather than an overlay.
