[Suggestion]: Phlegm Block absorption blacklist

Description of feature request

I was going to suggest that specific items in CWSM don't get absorbed into phlegm like the withered star, but then I thought just to have a blacklist for it. It would be good for modpacks or datapacks, and generally would be good so people don't lose important stuff because the phlegm blackholes your item from 6 blocks away, lol
