Xaero's World Map/Minimap Compatibility #778

You should add an icon for the Wither Storm when using Xaero's World Map/Minimap, maybe you already have but I was to busy running from the mf to notice. Also, if possible, could you make it to where you can still see the Storm on the map even when it's far away, instead of it eventually disappearing like the rest of the mobs do?

You may think, why do you need this when you can just look at it? I've been fucked over thinking the Storm was farther than it really was, so I think adding this would help a bunch.

Xaero said that the second part wouldn’t really be possible without an API and that one won’t be coming anytime soon. Also there is a texture pack with all of the mod compatibilities so go ask there

Icons wouldn’t be possible or the icon appearing from farther away? If the latter is not possible the feasibility of this suggestion would not be very high

I asked Xaero about seeing the witherstorm from anywhere on the map and he said “this mod doesn’t really have an intentional API for such purposes. Maybe in the future.” https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/xaeros-world-map?page=5#comments (Comments page 5)

I’ll leave this open in case being able to see the icon from anywhere comes to reality
