现在不写入配置文件了吗？直接保存在数据库？ #31

以前我记得在data文件夹有配置文件的

现在用了数据库插件 https://github.com/nonebot/plugin-orm

orm 插件默认是用 sqlite，文件存在 https://github.com/nonebot/plugin-localstore 定义的路径下
