Question ID	`starting balances`
Steps to reproduce	Never asked questions
Expected behavior	Never asked questions to fill out PDF question 3, 4, or 5 [all portions]
What happened instead	I see that they are built in the file, but I have not been able to trigger them no matter how I answer early questions
Other information	Report of benefits and Dedicated Account - AMS
