This question populates on the PDF on Question 5 and under the variable why_thought_entitled. However, only overpayment_why_had_right populates here and the answers to overpayment_why_not_at_fault and overpayment_why_accepted do not. This question should likely be reworked to either (1) combine these three variables in the attachment code so they all populate or (2) so there is one area and the prompts are listed in the subquestion as things the user should include.

Do (1).

Change attachment code to: - "why_thought_entitled": ${ fix_punctuation(overpayment_why_not_at_fault) + fix_punctuation(overpayment_why_accepted) + fix_punctuation(overpayment_why_had_right) }
Add to the subquestion: "You can type a total of 430 characters."
Raise an error if len(overpayment_why_not_at_fault) + len(overpayment_why_accepted) + len(overpayment_why_had_right) > 430.
