For id: funds being saved, id: convertable noncash assets, and id: convertable cash assets, the "Explain..." area textbox appears regardless of whether the user has selected funds/assets that are being saved for a special purpose/cannot be converted. The "Explain..." should likely only appear if the user selects one of the funds/assets, but should not if the user selects "None of the above". According to the PDF which selects "YES (Explain on line below) if any of the funds/assets are selected, the "Explain..." should be required on all screens if the user selects any funds/assets.
