id: expense information prefilled for "Other" #76

expense_other_details on the SSA-632 PDF should populate what the user inputs for expenses[i].explanation but this is not currently happening.

id: more expenses info in financial_statement.yml also uses expense_other_details space and should be considered when setting maxlength.
