Back button on phase management screen or group management screen causes app exit #2

Because the phase and group management screens are still sharing the launcher activity the back button will exit the app.

Create activities for both phase and group management views.

Fixed in commit 2cbb08ba1feb19b5d105af69b6f983dc295cd875 If phase management ever comes back it'll be after 1.0
