inf-ruby-switch-setup for projectile-rails-server-mode #79

Could you add projectile-rails-server-mode to inf-ruby-switch-setup, please? There is required integration for projectile-rails.

There no feature for this yet. But it's useful enhancement in any case.

"feature" is another name for Emacs packages (as in individual files).

Oh, got it... @dgutov not working, try projectile-rails feature, instead, please. Also:

projectile-rails-server-mode-map is a variable defined in `projectile-rails.el'.
