I just start the 10 gen course: M101J MongoDB for Java Developers, and even if the current code skips the existing files, I found the time to check every file a little too long.

Each week, I am going to run the script to get the new videos, it's why I added a raw_input asking if the user wants to download courses or chapters courses.

To be backward compatible, I add an argument --interactive.
