Accounting error after OBC deletion - resource still shows used data although it was removed #6650

Environment info

Actual behavior

  1. Following the steps described in https://github.com/noobaa/noobaa-core/issues/6001, after deleting the OBCs, no data remained in the buckets, however there was an accounting issue which looked like data remained.

Expected behavior

  1. Used capacity of a bucket should be 0 after deletion.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Follow steps described in https://github.com/noobaa/noobaa-core/issues/6001
  2. Once OBCs are deleted, verify that no data is left in the bucket (e.g. list items).
  3. Using the UI, under "resources" section, examine the "used capacity" tab - looks like not all data was deleted (but actually did).
