Activity log to include read operations of buckets #6727

When using noobaa api events_api read_activity_log '{}' I am able to view Upload/Delete events for the buckets. Would like to have a configuration option which would allow us to record Read events as well.

Is the file https://github.com/noobaa/noobaa-core/blob/master/src/endpoint/s3/ops/s3_get_bucket.js the only the place we need to update in order to achieve this?

Any suggestions for the above? Would love to contribute the feature also, just need some pointers.
