CI | Actions updates #8067

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some CI actions should be updated

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. There are a few unused actions that can be removed (for example .github/workflows/next-ver-build.yaml and cur-ver-build.yaml)
  2. Many actions use: benc-uk/workflow-dispatch@v1, we can use github native workflow_call instead.
