Explain the changes

  1. Add support for lifecycle events notification

Issues: Fixed #xxx / Gap #xxx

Testing Instructions:

  1. Configure a bucket with notifications for lifecycle events.
  2. Configure same bucket with lifecycle rules.
  3. Upload an object to bucket that matches the lifecycle rule.
