Explain the changes

redirecting stdout in the upgrade init containers to files on the pv

Testing Instructions:

after upgrading 4.14 to 4.15, rsh to the DB pod and make sure that /var/lib/pgsql/upgradedb.log and /var/lib/pgsql/dumpdb.log exist
