I recently added this mod to a small server I play on with a few friends. we found out that if someone summons an entity while another player is riding it, the player gets teleported with it. we haven't tested it with horses but it originally happened when summoning a reindeer from the better animals plus mod. the version we were using was the 1.15.2 one.
