[PATCH] Doesn't build on FreeBSD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ./configure
2. make

What is the expected output?
make succeeds

What do you see instead?
libtool: compile:  gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I.. -I. -I/usr/local/include 
-I/home/vlcbbot/funman/vlc/contrib/i386-undermydesk-freebsd/include -Wall -O3

Please provide any additional information below.

FreeBSD has posix_memalign() not memalign()

patch fixing the problem for trunk attached
another patch mentioning autoconf attached too

could you check it the problem persists with the latest revision of 
openjpeg-1.5 branch ?
