Build fails on AIX (5.x and probably others) #139

We're using OpenJPEG with Ghostscript (thank you! It's a *massive* improvement 
over Jasper!).

Attempting to build on AIX (5.x is what I currently have access to) results in:

ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .memalign
ld: 0711-345 Use the -bloadmap or -bnoquiet option to obtain more information.
collect2: ld returned 8 exit status

Simple patch to follow.....

Oh, I should have mentioned, we're currently using OJP 1.4, but the same 
problem exists in the 1.5 source - for what little it matters (in this case), 
the patch above is against the current svn HEAD.
