Card Info Sidebar can't work sometimes #10

This addon is very good, but Card Info Sidebar can't work sometimes.

Display an error message:

Error
An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
When you've discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site.

can you give me some info to reproduce the error?

Actually, I don't know how to reproduce the error. If I restart Anki, Card Info Sidebar usually can work some time, then the error message pops up and it can't work anymore. Maybe it conflicts with other addons. Here is my addon list.

how often does that happen? does it happen out of nowhere or does it happen on a specific deck/note type? what about the review buttons? does it usually happen when you press a specific review button or it doesn't make any difference. do you have the sidebar open all the time? or you open/close it? does it happen when you try to open the sidebar or it happens when it's already open? OR it happens totally randomly?
