Finalised Scope of Work Document, Updated Booked_Hours for week 3 #16

I'm not sure how to fix this so it can merge, but it has the most up-to date booked_hours, timesheet, minutes and SoW documents

Nice work here are my thoughts after a quick glance:

Probably rename this pr to be a little more descriptive of what it is. Is this the scope of work part? What is estimation?

You go in a pretty detailed level of things. Like talking about a sql server and c# server. I feel like the scope of work section should be much more general like the grand vision of things in a language the client understands because this is sent to the client right?

The low level details will be covered by the skills and resources audit and user stories.

There might be overlap with what we have here for example the scenarios section sounds a lot like user stories maybe we can add that to user stories? The constraints section sounds like it might go in the risk register section

I removed the constraints section because it only describes risks and issues we have.

I kept the scenarios section because the SoW should give a general description of basic user features so that the client is signing off on exactly what it will do (at least as a minimum).
