Fixes: #372

Change the dashboard welcome message from "Good Afternoon, Ahmed!" to "Good Afternoon, {user}!"
Checks if user.firstName exists otherwise it uses user.emailAddresses[0].emailAddress.split("@")[0].split(".")

Ex:
