Tooltip class changed #24

The background color is now defined on .tooltip.tooltip-brand.

Update (2017-09-09): emoji (and some other) tooltips now use .tooltip-black instead of .tooltip-brand in Canary.

.tooltip-brand exists still exists on Canary, but .tooltip-black does not exist yet on Stable, so keep the script as is until the change makes it into stable.
